The DokiArcade Operations Office ("we" or "us") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information on "DokiArcade" (the "Service").

• Identifiers for authentication (including internal user IDs for anonymous use)
• Usage information (points held, game plays and generation counts, acquired words, generated images, and operation history such as likes and reports)
• Access information (IP address, country/region, device and browser information, access date and time)
• Information stored in cookies/local storage and identifiers related to ad delivery

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

• To provide the Service, verify identity and manage accounts
• To manage points and generation counts, and to detect and respond to abuse and inappropriate content
• To determine region-based display and availability
• To maintain and improve the Service, and analyze and develop features
• To display and deliver advertisements
• To respond to inquiries and address violations of the Terms

Article 3 (Third-Party Provision, Outsourcing, Cross-Border Transfer)

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent. However, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, we may entrust the handling of personal information to, or transfer it abroad via, the following external providers. The primary destination country is the United States. Depending on providers' network configurations, information may be processed in other countries.

• Authentication / database platform (Supabase Inc., USA)
• Delivery / image storage platform (Cloudflare, Inc., USA)
• Image generation platform (RunPod, Inc., USA)
• Advertising delivery (EXOCLICK, S.L., Spain)
• Other advertising providers (third-party ad networks)

Article 4 (Cookies and Advertising)

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies for convenience and ad delivery. Third-party ad providers may use cookies to display ads based on your interests. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may become unavailable.

Article 5 (Retention Period)

We retain information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use or as required by law, and appropriately delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed.

Article 6 (Security Measures)

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of collected information and otherwise manage it securely.

Article 7 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use)

The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Service.

The Japanese version of this Policy is the official text. In case of any discrepancy between a courtesy translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
